Milon ensimmäinen joulunvietto alkoi aikaisin aamulla ihmetellen, että vieläkö nuo rähmäsilmät rötköttävät sängyssään ja isäntäkin vielä kuorsaa - törkeän kuuloista, olisi edes joulun kunniaksi hissukseen. Milo katsoi parhaaksi lopettaa ihmettelyn lyhyeen ja päätti riivata laumansa ylös, ulos ja lenkille.

Aamulenkin jälkeen siirryimme viettämään aattoiltaa mummolaan. Milo oli onnesta soikeana nähdessään tuttuja ihmisiä ja vanhan painikaverinsa - metrisen dinosauruksen. Kinkkuunkin pääsi pötkö hakemaan tuntumaa sen jälkeen, kun ihmiset olivat nauttineet joulupöydän antimista. Illalla olikin sitten lahjojen vuoro. Joulupukkia ei meillä näkynyt lainkaan - lieneekö ollut sen verran hidasta maastossa liikkuminen, kun ei ollut lunta, että aivan jokapaikkaan tuo vanhus ei ehtinyt.
